Units and unit types

Paid outside Noox

Record payments made before Noox or by other means. They count toward what the tenant owes, not toward the wallet.

Upload and send

Attach the tenancy agreement to a rent; the tenant is told it’s ready to sign.

Name and photo

The tenant reads the agreement, types their name and takes a photo with their phone’s camera.

You confirm it

Check the photo against the tenant, then confirm — the rent comes into force — or ask them to sign again.
